สำนักงานยุทธศาสตร์และการคลัง จัดการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้หัวข้อ “Routine to Real – Time” เมื่อวันที่ 5 มีนาคม 2569 เวลา 13.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุมปรีดี พนมยงค์ ชั้น 3 ตึกโดมบริหาร มธ.ศูนย์รังสิต และด้วยระบบประชุมออนไลน์ MS TEAMS ในการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และแนวปฏิบัติของกองบริหารศูนย์ลำปางสู่ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรของกองบริหารศูนย์การศึกษา โดยนำข้อมูลการใช้ไฟฟ้า น้ำประปา น้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง เข้าแพลตฟอร์มของกูเกิ้ล และรายงานข้อมูลเป็น Dashboard ด้วยระบบ Looker Studio ตามเวลาจริงที่กรอกข้อมูล โดยมีนายอรุณ วงค์คำปวง ผู้อำนวยการกองบริหารศูนย์ลำปาง เป็นวิทยากร

นางสาวสุภาณี แก้วมณี รักษาการในตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานยุทธศาสตร์และการคลัง กล่าวว่า การนำข้อมูลสาธารณูปโภคที่แต่ละหน่วยงานได้กรอกไว้ในไฟล์เอ็กเซล หรือ กูเกิ้ลชีท ที่มีอยู่แล้ว เมื่อมีการนำเข้าในระบบ Looker Studio ผู้นำเข้าสามารถออกแบบการรายงานข้อมูลเป็น Dashboard ได้ตามความต้องการ และสามารถส่งลิ้งค์ของ Dashboard  ไปยังช่องทางการสื่อสารของหน่วยงานที่ประสงค์ขอข้อมูล ไปยังผู้บริหารเพื่อใช้ในการตัดสินใจ หรือไปฝังในเว็บไซต์ของหน่วยงาน โดยไม่ต้องกรอกข้อมูลใหม่เมื่อมีการเรียกใช้งาน เป็นการย่นระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ และผู้บริหารยังสามารถทราบข้อมูลเพื่อการตัดสินใจได้ตามเวลาจริงที่กรอกข้อมูล (Real – Time) ซึ่งการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ครั้งนี้ได้รับความสนใจจากผู้อำนวยการกองบริหารศูนย์ท่าพระจันทร์ ผู้อำนวยการกองบริหารศูนย์รังสิต เข้ารับฟัง และนำบุคลากรเข้าร่วมการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้จำนวนมาก รวมถึงบุคลากรกองบริหารศูนย์พัทยา ด้วย เป็นการร่วมกันพลิกโฉมกระบวนการปฏิบัติงานที่มีการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (Action Transformation) ของศูนย์การศึกษา ตอบสนองนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยสู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (University Transformation)

ทั้งนี้ การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้หัวข้อ “Routine to Real – Time” ครั้งถัดไปจะเป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนา AppSheet เป็นแอพฯ แจ้งซ่อมแซมทรัพย์สินและสาธารณูปโภคของศูนย์การศึกษา และรายงานการเกิดอุบัติเหตุหรือเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดคิด ซึ่งกำหนดจะจัดขึ้นในเร็วๆ นี้

Strategy and Finance Office Hosts Knowledge-Sharing Session on “Routine to Real-Time” for Administration Divisions of the Four Education Centers

The Strategy and Finance Office organized a knowledge-sharing session titled “Routine to Real-Time” on 5 March 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at the Pridi Banomyong Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Dome Administration Building, Thammasat University, Rangsit Center, and via Microsoft Teams online meeting platform.

The session aimed to exchange knowledge and best practices from the Administration Division of the Lampang Center with executives and personnel from the Administration Divisions of the University’s education centers. The approach demonstrates how data on electricity, water consumption, and fuel usage can be entered into Google Sheets and integrated into a platform to create real-time dashboards using Looker Studio. The dashboard automatically updates according to the time the data is entered, allowing users to monitor information in real time.

The session was delivered by Mr. Arun Wongkhamphuang, Director of the Administration Division of the Lampang Center, who shared practical experiences and demonstrated the data management and visualization process.

Ms. Suphanee Kaewmanee, Acting Director of the Strategy and Finance Office, stated that existing utility data already recorded by various units in Microsoft Excel files or Google Sheets can be integrated into Looker Studio without requiring additional data entry. Once connected, users can design customized dashboards and share the dashboard link through organizational communication channels, provide access to executives for decision-making, or embed the dashboard on the unit’s website.

This system helps reduce operational time for staff while enabling executives to access up-to-date information for decision-making in real time. The session attracted strong interest from the Directors of the Administration Divisions of the Tha Phra Chan and Rangsit Centers, who attended along with many personnel from their respective divisions, as well as staff from the Pattaya Center. The activity supports the continuous improvement of operational processes through Action Transformation within the education centers, aligning with the University’s policy toward University Transformation and sustainable development.

The next knowledge-sharing session under the “Routine to Real-Time” theme will focus on developing an AppSheet application for reporting maintenance issues related to assets and utilities at the education centers, as well as for reporting accidents or unexpected incidents. The session is scheduled to be organized in the near future.
