ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น รับฟังข้อเสนอแนะจากประชาคมธรรมศาสตร์ศูนย์ลำปางอย่างใกล้ชิด ภายใต้แนวคิด “สื่อสาร เปิดใจ รับฟัง และร่วมกำหนดอนาคตธรรมศาสตร์” เสริมสร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกัน และขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาศูนย์ลำปางอย่างมีส่วนร่วม บรรยากาศเป็นไปอย่างอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง สะท้อนถึงความตั้งใจในการสร้างองค์กรแห่งการรับฟัง ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ทุกเสียงมีความหมายในการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน
จากนั้น มธ.ศูนย์ลำปาง ได้จัดกิจกรรม “ปี๋ใหม่เมือง ประจำปี 2569” เพื่อสีบสานวัฒนธรรมประเพณีอันดีงามของล้านนา กิจกรรมเริ่มต้นด้วยพิธีสรงน้ำและถวายเครื่องสักการะแต่องค์พระพุทธธรรมทิฐิศาสดาพระพุทธรูปประจำมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคล ก่อนเข้าสู่พิธีรดน้ำดำหัว โดยมีผู้บริหารคณาจารย์ บุคลากร และเจ้าหน้าที่เข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการพบปะและรับประทานอาหารร่วมกัน สร้างบรรยากาศแห่งความอบอุ่น เสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีภายในองค์กร และสะท้อนถึงการรักษารากเหง้าทางวัฒนธรรมควบคู่ไปกับการพัฒนาองค์กร

Leader Walkaround “Thammasat Dialogue” Session 1 and the Preservation of the 2026 Lanna New Year Tradition

April 10, 2026 – Thammasat University hosted the event “Thammasat Dialogue: Leader Walkaround (Town Hall #5)”, creating an open platform for communication between the University’s executives and staff at the Lampang Center. The session, Session 1: A Dialogue with Lampang Center, was led by Professor Dr. Supasawad Chatchaval, Rector of Thammasat University, together with the executive team.

The event provided an opportunity for meaningful exchanges and for staff members at the Lampang Center to share their perspectives and suggestions directly with the University’s leadership. Held under the theme “Communicate, Open Minds, Listen, and Co-create Thammasat’s Future,” the dialogue aimed to foster mutual understanding and collaboratively drive the development of the Lampang Center. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, reflecting the University’s commitment to building a listening organization where every voice matters in achieving sustainable development.

Following the dialogue session, Thammasat University, Lampang Center, organized the “Pi Mai Muang Festival 2026” to preserve the rich cultural heritage of the Lanna tradition. The activities began with a ceremonial water-pouring ritual and offerings to Phra Buddha Thammasat (the University’s revered Buddha image) for auspiciousness. This was followed by the traditional Rod Nam Dam Hua ceremony, with participation from executives, faculty members, and staff.

The celebration also included a social gathering and shared meal, fostering a warm and friendly atmosphere while strengthening relationships within the organization. The event reflected Thammasat University’s dedication to preserving cultural roots alongside its ongoing organizational development.
