ยกเลิก ควบรวม ลดความซ้ำซ้อน เน้นทำงานร่วมกันอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ได้มีการดำเนินการปรับเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างภายในองค์กร โดยการควบรวมหน่วยงานที่มีภารกิจซ้ำซ้อน และยกเลิกส่วนงานที่ไม่สอดรับกับการดำเนินงานของมหาวิทยาลัยในยุคสมัยปัจจุบัน เพื่อให้หน่วยงานต่าง ๆ สามารถขับเคลื่อนได้อย่างตรงตามเป้าหมาย เต็มศักยภาพและมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมตั้งรับกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงและความท้าทายในอนาคต

“การ Transformation หรือการพลิกโฉม เป็นเรื่องที่ทุก ๆ องค์กรต้องทำ เพราะเราอยู่กับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่คาดการณ์ไม่ได้ ดังนั้นการพลิกโฉมจึงไม่ใช่การแก้ปัญหาในปัจจุบัน แต่คือการเตรียมองค์กรเพื่อเอาชนะทุกความท้าทายในอนาคต”

Thammasat University has undertaken an organizational restructuring initiative by merging units with overlapping responsibilities and discontinuing departments that no longer align with the University’s operations in today’s rapidly changing environment. The restructuring aims to enable all units to move forward with clearer direction, enhanced capabilities, and greater efficiency, while preparing the University to effectively respond to future changes and challenges.
